Must read before commissioning.• My art can not be sold or bought for crypto or as NFTs or fed to AI.
• I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
• I do not usually sign commissions, so please credit if you use it in your social media bio / description / anywhere noticeable or visible and clear.
• I may post your commission on my social medias. If I do, I will include a water mark on that version.
• I will not draw in a style you want me to copy.
• I do not accept commercial work.
• Do not modify the commission afterwards (unless otherwise stated. i.e. coloring a line-art commission is fine, just credit the line work, please.)
• Do not use it for commercial purposes like selling it as a clothing design, prints / posters, key chains, etc. Commissions are for personal use only.
• You are okay to use your commission as a profile picture, as a gift for a friend, for streams, etc.— When sending references, please send them as hi-res as possible. ( VRchat & mmo characters are very tricky to capture so please have a several references with different angles prepared or clear screenshots with better lighting. Character attribute lists are also a great resource along with the above visual references. If you have a pose you'd like, let me know! • If you agree to my ToS, fill out the commission form or DM me on discord/twitter/instagram. If you want specific poses/ expressions/ backgrounds/ etc. this is the time to bring them up.
• Once we agree on commission details, I will e-mail you with a PayPal invoice with our agreed upon details included within 36 hours of confirmation. I use paypal invoicing that way I can keep track of payments for tax purposes.
• I require the total payment before continuing past the sketch phase. It is up to you if you'd like to give 100% before I start or split it up, however I do require at least 50% upfront before I start your sketch.
• Once the sketch is completed, I do not provide refunds unless I can not complete your piece. Any other issues with your piece will have to be worked out through adjustments.
• Major adjustments such as posing, hairstyle, outfit, etc. will need to have been made during the sketch phase. If you wish to make a change like this then I do charge a minimum of 50% of the original price.
(This is entirely if it's a change you forgot to mention. If I mess up a detail on my end then I will fix it free of charge.)
• I can prioritize your commission if you need it done by a certain date, however this does cost extra.
Less time to work on a piece = Higher Cost. I will reject any priority requests I feel I will not be able to accomplish. Keep in mind that if your commission has lots of details in the gear, more than 1 character, creatures or anything extra in that manner then it will take more time.— Once I receive payment I will start the sketch process. The sketch can be adjusted 2 times and you will receive the sketch with a watermark to approve. Extra adjustments or changes made after sketch approval will have an extra fee. I want to make something you will enjoy, so please don’t hesitate to make changes at the appropriate time if you want them.
— You are free to request an update if you haven’t received one from me in a while. I do not have a strict time-table, but you shouldn’t be waiting a crazy amount of time for a commission.
— You will receive a minimum of a High Resolution PNG/JPG file. Let me know if you'd like something specific.
